A new material of high durability made in combination with a paper manufacturer in Italy and Germany, made of resin 600D polyester.
Features a rubber-like texture, the fabric has two to three times the breathability compared to similar fabrics with hydrolysis durability that make is less prone to surface deterioration and cracks. This fabric is fully free of VOCs (volatile organic compounds) that are common causes of air pollution due to the absence of solvents during manufacture and furthermore environmentally friendly due to the lack waste water emitted from the production factories.
Also features INVISTA Ballistic 1680D, nylon typically containing 5 times the wear and tear strength and durability of normal nylon. Strength and waterproof properties are furthermore increased by performing a PVC processing on the rear of the fabric. Using the parts of the bag marked with code or tape, it is possible to separate the bag into sections. Leather fixtures and fittings are made from a JES eco-tanned cow leather that has undergone 13 stringent tests to ensure the absence of harmful chemicals such as hexavalent chromium.
